I bought a bag of buckwheat..
..and tried to make soba.
It was my first time to try and I didn't know what is the key point to make it as good.
The point was Uchiko(flour).When you roll out the dough, you must need a lot of flour on it.
It will help not to stick the flatten dough when you cut it.
This photo looks succeed but the thickness of soba wasn't good enough to me -
next time will be better.
