Weekend get away

I went Vancouver island last weekend to visit friends.

It was foggy in the morning.

Luckily, I could see the sun.

We went Chou chou in Victoria.

..and trails.
My friends, they have a house with their garden in Sooke.

Branches for the wood stove.

This place is a different area, in the end of the island, I often came to through stones.
I saw incredible sunset in a way home, was a bonus.

It is at a French style cafe, Coco et olive on Main street.
Their space is filled with cool + rustic interiors and arts.

Trip to Whistler- Summer snow

My boyfriend's parents took us to Whistler.

At a lodge we stayed, this is a glass of water, the white part is air, was disappeared after few minutes.

A cute bird, Whiskey Jack.

We could see snow in close distance in July was amazing.

This is super long gondola, called "Peak to Peak" the view was extreme.

We' re lucky enough, we saw a bear family!
Bear cubs were wrestling and rolling around.

It was my first time to visit Whistler and I was really impressed by the greatness of BC, the nature and mountain views..Vancouver is such a beautiful place, city and great natures close together.

Craft market tour

This month is local craft market tour month.
I'll do lots of markets,
last week I was at "Fab fair"on Main street Vancouver,
it is 7year's running show. The vendors were fantastic!

This coming weekend(11,12 June),
I'll be at"Robson Square artisan market".
This is my first time to join in them, they will continue through the summer until September.
It locates in the heart of Down Town,
not only for local shoppers, it will be a great tourist spot,  people can find special souvenirs made by local artists.
They also have performers and musicians.

On Sunday 19th,
I'll be Fort Langley in Vancouver.
It called Bloom market.
This is my first time to participate this show ether, their "designer spotlight" article on their website is fun to look at.
