Aphid eater - Lady bug

I have a balcony garden.
Some of plants got aphids and I was worried about them, because they are bad for plants.I heard lady bug's lava eats them then I wished that lady bugs come on my balcony.
One day I found two ladybugs, then after a while, I found two lady bug's larvaes.
They ate a lot of aphids and now one of them metamorphoses.
Now the plants got aphids again, hope lady bugs bring more friends.

He just through away his black shell.

He became almost a lady bug, there are black dots.

Summer flowers

                           It's summer and lots of flowers are blooming. I enjoy to see them when I walk on the streets, and I found the flowers in this year are blooming more beautiful than usual year.

I guess that is because of the rain and temperature,we had colder and more rainy days in the spring.

The poppies at someone's garden were awesome.

Black berry hunt

After a tea time, we took a black berry hunt to a beach.

We couldn't find many of good ones this year..it was too late.

Cute old dog was slowly passed by.

Made a black berry crumble.

New bike from woods?

Since my old bicycle was totally broken, I was looking for a good looking bike.I was looking at classifieds a lot and asked a few people's post, but there's no luck around my place.

Today, I went to the place a person who wants to sale a cool bike. It was a bit further away from my place, I took skytrain and two buses, about an hour to get there.

There's beautiful trails and woods, nice place.

I found a farmer's tent!They have good looking fruits and corns.I bought peaches.

..and then, finally I got this vintage bike!

Colours

Most I like about summer is fresh veggies and fruits - fun to cook, their colours are amazing.

This morning, I went mini - farmer's market at a school near by.

There are beautiful veggies and fruits, breads, homemade jams, honey -

Can't wait to have them for tonight's dinner.

Summer fragrant

When I walked on a street, I smelt a faint smell.

The street was fragrant with magnoria flowers!

My friend is a glass lamp work artist,

I was helping her booth at a public market today, it was really inspiring and fun.

Me and my boyfriend are playing frisbee when we have time every week, we often go to a park.

One day at a park, I found a lady bug picture book!

It looks cute and I left it at the same place - the kid who is the owner might be upset about lost it.

Hope she or he got back it.

Going to Marche ?

I bought a shopping basket.

I 've read about people go to shopping they use baskets are common in France.

I went shopping with it, felt like I was in Europe, even it was just a grocery shopping.

Outdoor

I love sunshine, but I don't swim usually in summer, just go to beach for beach biking, or walking.

This year me and my boyfriend got a Frisbee! So we will play it and enjoy the sun during summer.

I checked about vintage Frisbees - reflecting the age, found some collective character ones too

Madras check dress

Madras check dress remind me "Classical American fashion" and "lemonade" .

I remember my mother made a beautiful madras check dress for herself. Then I was around 15 yrs old, was curious about other country's culture.The dress was like indicating "American summer style" to me, and asked her to try.

Unfortunately, it wasn't suit for me.It is kind of bitter memory, still I'm not like a "dress" type girl.I mostly wear pants.

Anyways, recently I watched 90's Japanese movie, a character in the movie worn a Madras check dress. It remind me the memory and dress.

So - I checked some nice classical Madras check dresses.

Very classical and chic.
