Home made brioche

I made brioche last night.

While I was baking them, the room smelled excellent.
Home made bread is such a great thing..

In the middle of night

I often work in the middle of night,

and often bake scones when I get bored with my work.

Now today's work is all done, I'll start to have some beer with movie!

Smell of

A chilly rainy day,

I was in my blanket cocoon, thinking to bake something.

I decided that I should make a blueberry pie.

Fragrant of stewing blueberry is always great.

A cold winter day..

I baked Caramel onion pie.

My boyfriend made the filling with onion,mushrooms with balsamic vinegar.

Great with goat cheese.Yum.

Poilane

I received a souvenir from France - poilane's cookies, made by a famous bakery in Paris.

I heard the store started in 1930's.

The fancy flower shaped cookies, each one looks like one of a kind, has different colours.

Taste like Paris - (I've never been to Paris but I felt like) It is truly classical taste, only using excellent ingredients.
