My recent favourite activity is yoga silk @ Che baba.
Today I was in upside down pose too long,
because it made me feel good then I tried it to be in longer than before.
After the pose, I felt a bit dizzy..because I have sinus isis.
I can know my maximum ability of poses day by day.
First I started regular yoga, I couldn't even do the facing down dog too long.
Now I can do it longer than before.
Anyways, after the yoga silk,
I always feel so good, it was like after swimming, good tiredness makes me sleepy..
The white clothes are silk hammock.
Heidi is one of an awesome teachers - doing upside down pose with the silk.
Cool, isn't it?!
