I got sick few days ago and it was tuff one, didn't go away soon.
Even I had it, I didn't want to give up my weekend routines, yoga after having a good brunch,
I got out from the bed.
Do yoga silk at che baba,after I go cantina for my brunch.
This is my favorite weekend routine.
My sick was almost out from my body by the yoga and
I was energized by delicious brunch.
